We’ve been trying to live the American dream for years now. But we’ve discovered things that are more difficult than we ever thought possible. This is why we’ve decided to open a fitness gym in our basement to be a 24/7 outlet for our busy lives.
The Fitness Club in Denver is an idea that sprang from an exercise magazine I used to work for. I loved it because I could actually work out while I wrote articles, which helped with my writing work for the magazine. But it was so much more than that, and when I moved to Colorado I started seeing a lot of people living similar lifestyles. At first people thought I was crazy, but once I got into it, I started to see the connection between what I was doing and something else they were doing. It was the start of making a career in fitness journalism. Being able to work out while you write a story is great for your writing, but it’s also great for your body. It’s not just the fact that you’re doing it, but your body needs to be getting some time off.
A lot of that is due to the fact that the majority of people in their 30s and 40s are starting families. The thought of being stuck in a room with no windows or a television for 24 hours is just too much for most people. The time off is necessary for them to get their bodies back on track so they can go to the gym. We have found that people in our age group are more likely to make that link from their home if they are already exercising.
That’s why the time off is so important to everyone on the website, which is why we’re adding in a 24 hour fitness denver.
